Looking for a chill spot to unwind right in the heart of Dubai? Check out Samadhi Wellness, the new zen haven thatâs opened its doors in Jumeirah.
From a cozy villa in Jumeirah 3, Samadhi's turned into quite the wellness hotspot! Think of it as your go-to place between work and home for some serious relaxation and rejuvenation. They want you to connect, flow, find balance, dodge stress, and keep burnout at bay.
Walking into Samadhi is like stepping into a visual masterpiece with natural vibes that make you think of fire, earth, water, and air. They've got two yoga studios: "Reflect" with cool infrared heaters and "Connect" that opens up to the garden when it's nice out. Plus, thereâs a sauna, a gorgeous pool, an ice bath, hair therapy rooms, a chill garden, a wholesome cafĂŠ, and a shop.
Feeling hungry? Their eatery swings open all day, serving up breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Expect to dig into wholesome mains, smoothie bowls, vegan goodies, salads, detox juices, coffee, matcha, homemade truffles, and lots more.
And hereâs the deal â grab any yoga package and youâll get free access to the outdoor pool, sauna, and ice bath. Sweet, right?
Classes start at Dhs67 for an intro session, moving up to Dhs120 per class after that. If youâre looking to commit, you can snag five classes for Dhs576 or ten for Dhs1,100.
